Shipping on all orders are for the United States in states authorized for purchase only.

Return

AIMA does not accept returns for goods purchased both on www.my-aima.com and at our retail partners. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for goods once they have left our facilities. Should you need additional support, please reach out to us by contacting hello@my-aima.com to submit a request.

Refund

Products purchased from www.my-aima.com are subject to AIMA’s return policy. All products carry a 60-day customer satisfaction guarantee. We will refund your purchase price (less shipping expenses) to your original form of payment. If you are unsatisfied, please contact hello@my-aima.com if you believe you are eligible for a refund.
